Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 9th, 2025

At Lenses Media, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be offered. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This deposit serves as a retainer for our services.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after we receive both your deposit and signed agreement.

  • Because deposits reserve your date and time exclusively for you, they are not refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations.
     

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No additional charges. Deposit remains non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 60 days.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

  • No-shows: Full session fee is due; no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Refunds will only be considered if Lenses Media is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
     

3. Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.

  • If rescheduling is not possible within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.
     

4. Travel Fees

  • Sessions located more than 1 hour from Roebling, NJ will incur a travel fee of $25 per additional hour of travel (round trip).

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once incurred.
     

5. Online Gallery & Delivery

  • Proof and edited images are delivered via an online gallery.

  • Proof galleries remain active for 3 days after delivery. Please download promptly.

  • Re-uploads or archive retrieval requests after expiration may incur a fee.
     

6. Images & Proofs

  • Sessions do not include all unedited images.

  • Proofs are watermarked and provided for selection purposes only.

  • A full proof buyout is available at an additional cost.
     

7. Late Arrival

  • Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce your shooting time and will not result in a discount or reschedule.
     

8. Communication

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for responses to messages or emails.
